Karate Classes for children & families are held on Thursdays from 6.00 to 7.00pm at Waltham Abbey Sports Centre and Saturdays from 11.15am to 12.15pm at Waltham Abbey Swimming Pool in Roundhills. Shotokan Karate England Waltham Abbey Karate Club.

Karate Classes for adults, children over six years and Families, with special rates and free places for families of three or more. Classes for new beginners are held on Thursdays from 6.00 to 7.00pm and Saturday mornings from 10.30am to 11.30am. Just arrive 15 minutes before the start of a class to take part in your FREE introductory karate lesson with no obligation.We have been teaching karate in the North London, Essex, Middlesex and Hertfordshire areas for more than 23 years and so you can be sure that you will receive first class tuition and make good progress with your efforts.You can contact us by telephone 01992 768 664 or email.
