House sale and purchase

In Q3/4 of 2010 I instructed Braddon&Snow off the back of a previous relationship with David Lowe and Co which were bought out by the current owners. Whilst the content of there work was satisfactory, the time in which they turned round paperwork (up to 5 days) was totally unacceptable and most phone calls I made to try and help the process along was often met with a response that simply said they deal with post and queries in the order they are received. Whilst that makes sense it strikes me as if they have taken on too much work and now cannot deal with it in a timely manner. As a result of my poor experience I would not recommend this company as I found I had to make far too many calls to move things along and the delays put me in a sticky position with the rest of the chain.
