The quality can range from excellent to very poor.

The quality can range from excellent to very poor. The service is similar, a lack of communication being the problem. I placed an order for a medium haddock over the phone, and was told, "I’ll put that on for you now, come on over". I arrived 10 minutes later, and joined a queue that was spilling out onto the street. I waited for around 20 minutes before i was able to get close enough to tell them i had placed an order over the phone. That was received with confused looks. I was asked if i wanted "large or medium". I told them i had ordered medium. The batter was soggy and it was lukewarm. The fish was obviously not cooked to order, but was sitting around for a while. I also asked for tartar sauce, and a couple of sachets were thrown into my bag. They turned out to be mayo. Not good enough for almost �£9. Don’t bother placing orders over the phone. Turn up and expect to wait for around 30 minutes for freshly cooked fish.
