• Faith restoring assistance

  My Son, a NEW driver, had a broken side window and all the "usual suspects" as in repairers were asking silly money and with a delay of two days or more, but astronomical quotes and we were to get the car to them, but when we called Paul, he was immediately reassuring and couldn't be more helpful. He met my Son at OUR address and just made everything seem less daunting. He also did a quick, efficient and safe reliable repair - I would and so would my Son, recommend Paul to anyone who needs a window replacement on their vehicle. Efficient good works carried out by a very personable guy. He is the first person I would call and have kept his contact details safe. There is nothing Glasstec and Paul need to do better to be frank, reliable work with a friendly manner what else could there need to be? I know this sounds gushing and over the top but I am so sick and disheartened a lot of the time when dealing with after sales care people or just service providers in general and as for repair people, it's more often than not a case of bodgit and leggit that when you meet someone who does the job at half the price of these other complacent companies, credit just has to be given and publicly where deserved and this Company, and Paul DID deserve it.

• Top service at a great price!

  Paul has done a great job for me on both my cars. Very prompt, great price (far, far cheaper than Autoglass) and even pointed out a scratch on the car he'd thought he'd done - it was there before (honest guy - very unusual these days!) only downside is his appauling jokes!

• Stone chip repair in a hurry

  My car failed it's MOT due to a stone chip on the windscreen in the view of the drivers seat. I needed to get it sortedas soon as I could because I was going away, Glasstec came out the next morning and sorted it out for me with no fuss.

• What a saviour!

  Paul was terrific - came out on a saturday morning at short notice to sort out my busted rear windscreen and the cost was half that of autoglass - brilliant service, definately recommended.

• Great Service and Great Value

  Each time we have used Glasstech, the response has been fantastic. Usually within 24 hours and always a professional service is given. A very willing and flexible company to deal with at a very competetive price.

• Same day fitting and less than half price

  Autoglass quoted me £280 for a windscreen replacement, and no availability for 1-2 days. I called this company and they offered me same day fitting for £110. Prompt arrival at my place of work, professional and friendly staff. I was pleasently surprised by the difference in price, and I was assured they use the exact same glass and equipment as autoglass do, from the same suppliers. Very happy chappy.

• Excellent

  Called this company up to replace my windscreen. They were excellent, prompt, reliable and polite. He even fixed my wing mirror for free. Dont usually fill in these kind of things but felt it had to be done...
