About Us

Helena pike is a naturopathic iridologist, western medical herbalist, reflexologist, metamorphic practitioner and energy healer. She is a versatile and empathic practitioner and healer and has been working in the field of complementary health for over 10 years. Treating all conditions and ages, with particular interest in digestive disorders, hormonal imbalances and nervous imbalances. An initial consultation will typically last 90 minutes, where a treatment plan is tailored to your constitution and presenting symptoms. Helena uses natural healing methods employing herbs, nutrition, flower essences, body work and energy healing. She is also co-director of the healix wellbeing centre in southgate, n14.

Naturopathy uses natural healing methods. Clients appreciate when I explain the reasons contributing to their illness. Treating the cause, not the result, is why your health will improve over time, if you follow the programme prescribed. Reflexology and aura healing will together go a long way towards healing mind and body while your body can cleanse, detox and regenerate with herbal medicine, a diet tailored to your metabolic and blood type and nutritional supplements to promote and optimise your immune system. Most of my clients are referrals from previously satisfied clients. For those of you who may simply wish to do a cleanse or detox or review your health then I have so much advice that I can pass to you to enable you to look after your health both now and into the future.
