Focus EAP is a specialist company providing an external resource for organisations wishing to benefit from an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and related services.

We have been providing employee support services since 1982 and EAPs since 1988, when we launched our first programme for a UK-based company. That company remains a major client, reflecting our very high client retention record.

Our EAP clients represent a good cross section of business in the private sector and our clients in the public sector include central and local government, higher and further education, charities and the NHS.
