Solid Gold Mortgages was formed by industry expert Tim Sturley in 2007 to give quality mortgage and general insurance advice. We prefer to meet our clients face to face and build a lasting relationship. Tim is a fully qualified advisor with15+ years experience. We offer independent advice offering products from the whole mortgage market and products from a limited panel for buildings and contentsl insurance, payment protection and life insurance.

Our normal fees, which are not payable until your mortgage completes, will vary depending on your circumstances. If you have a clean credit history our fee will be £395.00. If you have an impaired credit history our fee is £795.00, we will also be paid commission from the lender. If you prefere a fee for out advice of 2%, min £2000, with all commissions being refunded.
