Time Waste

I called and booked and was asked to pay a deposit of �£35 that I did by cheque. Then I recieved many phone calls and when calling back the ladies did not know why I was called in the first place and asked me to call them back at certain times. I explained that I work and do not have the time to chase their company. I was then called the day before to tell me the work was not going ahead because they had not got my cheque. I did not prepare the house because of this. The following morning the cleaner was waiting outside my house and when I answered my phone I told them that I was very unhappy with the customer service and had not prepared the house and did not want to use them. They told me my cheque would be sent back. They have since cashed my cheque and needless to say I am extremely unhappy with this company and have chosen to use a larger more professional service. I am awaiting refund on my deposit.
