New Planning Rules

DID YOU KNOW??You now no longer require planning permission for your loft conversion or kitchen extension.You do have to own your property freehold and flats are not included. Conservation areas are also still required to submit a planning application.If you have already used your permitted development on the ground floor you will now, under the new rules be allowed to use the 40 (terrace) or 50 cubic meteres (Semi and detached) for your loft conversion.

  So it took a little while longer to complete that quoted, who cares! I'm much more concerned about the quality of the work and getting the style I wanted...and I got both. Top team and top work. If I had the luxury of owning more properties I would have these guys do the conversion work in a flash. Not enough people praise good work when they get it, but I think it's important to let people know when you're happy, not just when you want to complain.

  The loft hadinmy London place was in need of so work. I found Abbey Loft Online and they came out to give me an idea of what they could do with it. Boy was I impressed. They had ideas I never would have thought of. And the job they did was outstanding. If I came home pissed I would never know were I was. The London Loft conversion is beautiful.
