Rang these people & explained my problem. Was assured they would call me back within 1 to 2 hours which would have been between 1 to 2pm. Waited in all afternoon with no call back. Of course my time is totally cost free! Anybody asks me for a plumber recommendation this will be off the bottom of my list.
